Hot Mama charges $5.00 for shipping on any purchases under $50. Shipping is FREE for all purchases over $50. Shipments will be sent by USPS Priority Mail. We do not ship internationally. You may, however, place an order from an international address and ship to any U.S. destination.Any confirmed and shipped order that is refused by the customer and returned to Hot Mama is subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Order Status & Tracking
Once we receive and process your order, you will be sent a confirmation via e-mail. You will also be notified via e-mail from USPS once your order has shipped. Refer to the tracking number if you want to follow exactly where your item is in the process of being delivered at usps.com.Returns
Customers have 14 days to return all merchandise to address below or to any Hot Mama location. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in original condition, with original tags attached. Upon acceptance of return, we will exchange for like items or, if you choose, credit your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Gift Receipt Policy: Unused merchandise returned with a gift receipt is for exchange only.
Undergarments and lingerie are not returnable.
Denim with rips/tears cannot be returned or exchanged.
