Can I track my order?

Once we receive and process your order, you will be sent a confirmation via e-mail. You will also be notified via e-mail from USPS once your order has shipped. Refer to the tracking number if you want to follow exactly where your item is in the process of being delivered at usps.com.

Can you help me find the right product and size?

We encourage you to allow us to help you find the right product and size. Don't hesitate to call us at 1-877-290-6262 for assistance. Customer Support hours are Mon-Fri 9am-4pm CST and Sat 10am-3pm CST.

How do our rewards work?

It’s pretty simple. We believe moms deserve to be rewarded. You spend hours running errands, taking care your family + mastering the art of grilled cheeses. It’s important that you feel valued for being a rockstar - every day.

How do our Rewards work? Hot Mama Rewards are calculated + mailed four times per year to customers who purchase over $200 within the quarter. The more you spend, the bigger the reward.

In order to receive your Rewards card, we need your current address our system. Be sure to confirm that we have the correct address the next time you’re in our store. Our stylists will be happy to check for you. And don’t worry. We won’t share your address or flood your mailbox. Promise.

The Rewards card acts as cash and can be used with any sale, promotion or discount in-store and online (shopmama.com). It cannot be given back for re-use after a return that applied the Rewards to the original order or combined with another coupon. Rewards are one-time-use only (online OR in-store) and are not transferable (you earned ‘em, you deserve ‘em).

Why isn't there a sizing chart online?

We carry a variety of brands at Hot Mama. Sizing can vary by brand, so we don't want to offer inaccurate sizing charts. Because we believe in finding items that truly match your body type and sizing, if you have a questions about a specific item, feel free to contact us and we can let you know exactly how the sizing runs with that item. If we do notice the sizing to run big or small for items, we try to note this in our product description section.

Can I return items to my neighborhood Hot Mama if I order online?

You can return any product ordered online to your local Hot Mama. Product needs to be returned unworn with tickets attached within 14 days of receiving your item. Please bring your receipt/packing slip with so the store can accurately credit your account.

What is the return timeframe?

Product needs to be returned within 14 days of receiving it. All items need to be unworn with tickets attached and receipt/packing slip included. You will be notified once the return has been received and processed.

How do you ship?

We ship by United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Items are shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order Monday-Friday. Packages usually take 5-7 business days to arrive once we process your order. We do not Express or Overnight Ship. Also, we do not ship internationally.

What are the shipping fees?

Purchases over $50 receive free shipping. All other orders under $50 receive a $5.00 flat rate shipping charge.

What if I didn't receive all of my items?

You may receive your order in more than one package. If an item is unavailable to be shipped, we will contact you and credit you for your purchase.

How do I find out the way an item fits?

We're here to help you answer any questions in relation to fit. We get first hand information from stylists who know how the product fits and let you know in order to make your best decision in choosing a size or style. Are shoes, hats or handbags online?

No, but they are available for sale in-stores.

How do I get company coupons or emails?

Each week we send out emails showcasing trends and company promotions that may be happening in stores and online. Sign up to receive these emails on the homepage of shopmama.com or talk to a stylist at your neighborhood Hot Mama. You can also follow us also on Facebook and Twitter.

Will my order arrive before Christmas?

Yes! All orders placed by December 16th should arrive before Christmas day. Orders placed after December 16th are not guaranteed to arrive in time.

What is your holiday return policy?

All sales are FINAL after 14 days. No returns or exchanges after 14 days. Returned items must be unworn with original tag. All undergarments and swimwear are FINAL sale.

Unused merchandise returned with a gift receipt is for exchange only. Customers can exchange with a gift receipt through JANUARY 7, 2013.
